UT - ultrasonic testing
Ultrasonic testing (ut) is a non-destructive method that uses high-frequency sound waves to evaluate the internal condition of materials without causing damage. By analyzing signal responses, it provides accurate information on thickness, integrity, and internal structure.
For composite materials, UT is highly effective in detecting defects such as:

voids
bonding issues
structural inconsistencies
fibre distribution
laminate thickness

3D SCANNING

3D scanning is a non-contact technology that captures highly accurate digital models of physical structures by collecting millions of data points.
It enables detailed measurement and analysis of all vessel areas—including hulls, decks, interiors, and systems—supporting geometry verification, deformation analysis, and as-built documentation, even in complex or hard-to-reach zones.
